Nerite Shell is a relic in Wizard of Legend.
Description
Adds a 10% chance to slow foes by 37.5% for 1.5 seconds.
Strategies
Arcana with many hits are extremely useful, as each hit has a chance to slow enemies, increasing the likelihood that enemies are slowed down when the attack ends.
It becomes particularly useful against melee enemies with movement-based attacks, since the distance they travel is also reduced, likely causing them to miss you when they normally wouldn't.
Item combos
- Combines with the
Hunter's Stiletto, 
Phoenix Talon, 
Noxious Dappercap, 
Tesla Coil and 
Permafrost Cube to create 
Hunter's Satchel. 
Blasting Sprite Aura and 
Cabi's Cotton Candy also occasionally slow enemies, keeping them slowed more of the time.
Spell combos
Bouncing Bubble deals a high number of hits allowing for greater chance of inflicting a status effect.
Perfect Storm and 
Ward of Winds have an increased chance to slow enemies.
Binary Splashdown benefits from the slowing effect.
